Creamy cheesy comfort food at its best. Excellent side with a ham entrée.
I have been making these for 35 years and before that my Mom had these for every Easter Dinner I can remember.

Ingredients

vegetable cooking spray
5 c
potatoes, unpeeled and thinly sliced.
1 medium
onion, thinly sliced and seperated
3/4 c
velveeta, diced
1/2 c
milk
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
2 Tbsp
butter

  • 4Pour the soup mixture over the potatoes and stir; wipe the insides and top of the slow cooker to keep from burning black.
  • 5Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
