Ingredients
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
- 6 - potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill week
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheesy spinach & mashed potatoes

Step 1In a large crockpot place potatoes and cover them with 1/2 cup of broth, spinach (undrained), butter, onion, dill and salt.

Step 2Cook, covered, on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours.

Step 3Mash potatoes in a large bowl or right in the crockpot. Stir in sour cream. Transfer to a large casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.

Step 4Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Serve with your favorite meat dish.
