I needed something quick and easy, so threw this together. I should have made a double recipe as they were gobbled up in no time. Well received and so easy. I served them with my homemade garlic / ranch dressing, which will be posting as well.

  • 1 - 32 oz
    crinkle cut fries
  • 6 oz
    fresh shredded cheddar cheese - i use medium
  • 1 1/2 oz
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • season
    salt & garlic salt to taste
  • 5 slice
    thick bacon - cut into 1 inch pieces and cooked crisp
  • 4
    green onions - thin sliced - tops too

How to Make ~ Cheddar Bacon Fries ~


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.

    Place fries on a baking sheet, spreading to make a single layer.

    Bake until desired crispiness.

    Turn on broiler.
  2. Remove fries and sprinkle with season and garlic salt. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese, bacon and onion. Place under broiler and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, immediately.
