~ cheddar bacon fries ~
I needed something quick and easy, so threw this together. I should have made a double recipe as they were gobbled up in no time. Well received and so easy. I served them with my homemade garlic / ranch dressing, which will be posting as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 - 32 ounces crinkle cut fries
- 6 ounces fresh shredded cheddar cheese - i use medium
- 1 1/2 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
- season - salt & garlic salt to taste
- 5 slices thick bacon - cut into 1 inch pieces and cooked crisp
- 4 - green onions - thin sliced - tops too
How To Make ~ cheddar bacon fries ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Place fries on a baking sheet, spreading to make a single layer. Bake until desired crispiness. Turn on broiler.

Step 2Remove fries and sprinkle with season and garlic salt. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese, bacon and onion. Place under broiler and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 3Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, immediately. Serve with your favorite dip, or use mine. which will be posted, in the comments section of this recipe. Enjoy!
