~ cheddar bacon fries ~

I needed something quick and easy, so threw this together. I should have made a double recipe as they were gobbled up in no time. Well received and so easy. I served them with my homemade garlic / ranch dressing, which will be posting as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 32 ounces crinkle cut fries
  • 6 ounces fresh shredded cheddar cheese - i use medium
  • 1 1/2 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
  • season - salt & garlic salt to taste
  • 5 slices thick bacon - cut into 1 inch pieces and cooked crisp
  • 4 - green onions - thin sliced - tops too

How To Make ~ cheddar bacon fries ~

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Place fries on a baking sheet, spreading to make a single layer. Bake until desired crispiness. Turn on broiler.
  • Step 2
    Remove fries and sprinkle with season and garlic salt. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese, bacon and onion. Place under broiler and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Step 3
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, immediately. Serve with your favorite dip, or use mine. which will be posted, in the comments section of this recipe. Enjoy!
