We love mashed potatoes and I was desperate to find a way to make them that was healthier, while still being really tasty and comforting. I came up with this version that is only 155 calories and 4 WWP points per serving.

Ingredients
- 1 pound yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed and cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon lowfat butter
- 1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make buttermilk mashed potatoes

Step 1Scrub potatoes and cut into small chunks. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil until tender, about 10 minutes.

Step 2Drain potatoes. Add butter, buttermilk and salt. Mix with a mixer to your desired consistency.
