How to Make Baked French Fries


  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Coat a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut the potatoes into fries shape and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and mix by hand to coat all of the potatoes. Add bread crumbs and salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Place potatoes in single layer on baking sheet and bake 20-30 minutes, or until browned and crispy. (using a metal spatula, turn potatoes over halfway through baking)
