Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked, macaroni
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 - hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 - dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-calorie italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried whole dillweed

How To Make macaroni and pickle salad

  • Step 1
    cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well and let cool. Next, combine macaroni, onions, eggs, and chopped pickle in a large bowl. Next, combine italian dressing, pickle juice,mustard, and dillweed, stirring to blend. Pour over macaroni mixture;stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate salad for at least 1 hour before serving . ummmmm
