- 2 - hard-boiled eggs chopped
- 2 - dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup low-calorie italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
How To Make macaroni and pickle salad

Step 1cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well and let cool. Next, combine macaroni, onions, eggs, and chopped pickle in a large bowl. Next, combine italian dressing, pickle juice,mustard, and dillweed, stirring to blend. Pour over macaroni mixture;stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate salad for at least 1 hour before serving . ummmmm
