NOTE: you can add less cheese if you like, my fam loves cheese as you can tell, I add chopped tomatoes to mine as no one likes it, I just mix them in on my plate YUMMMMMM

Ingredients

  • 1 package elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 bag light tex-mex kraft cheese

How To Make lisa's extra cheesy home made mac and cheese

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain
  • Step 2
    In the same pot, on medium heat, add butter and melt, then add flour and mix with whisk quickly it will look like a paste, then add milk and continue to whisk till blended, add salt and pepper to taste, keep whisking on med heat till mixture has thickened.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat, add cheese and mix till cheese is all melted, add cooked macaroni and mix up really good. ~Enjoy~
