NOTE: you can add less cheese if you like, my fam loves cheese as you can tell, I add chopped tomatoes to mine as no one likes it, I just mix them in on my plate YUMMMMMM

Ingredients
- 1 package elbow macaroni
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 bag light tex-mex kraft cheese
How To Make lisa's extra cheesy home made mac and cheese

Step 1Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain

Step 2In the same pot, on medium heat, add butter and melt, then add flour and mix with whisk quickly it will look like a paste, then add milk and continue to whisk till blended, add salt and pepper to taste, keep whisking on med heat till mixture has thickened.

Step 3Remove from heat, add cheese and mix till cheese is all melted, add cooked macaroni and mix up really good. ~Enjoy~
