Ingredients
- 1 cup light miracle whip
- 8 ounces cooked elbow macaroni, cooled
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion

Step 1In lg bowl, whisk together miracle whip, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hr.
