    broccoli florets
  • 1/2 lb
    bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted
  • 2 Tbsp
    good olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    garlic minced
  • 1
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice concentrate
  • 1/4 c
    toasted pigioli pine nuts
  • 1/8 c
    parmesane cheese

How to Make Bowtie broccoli and pasta


  1. Cook broccoli for 3 minutes and drain. Add broccoli and pasta to a large bowl.
  2. saute butter, olive oil,garlic and lemon zest over medium low heat for 1 minuter remove from heat.
    add reaming ingredients and stir and toss with broccoli and pasta.
