Ingredients
- 8 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 pound bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 2 tablespoons good olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 - lemon zest, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup toasted pigioli pine nuts
- 1/8 cup parmesane cheese
How To Make bowtie broccoli and pasta

Step 1Cook broccoli for 3 minutes and drain. Add broccoli and pasta to a large bowl.

Step 2saute butter, olive oil,garlic and lemon zest over medium low heat for 1 minuter remove from heat. add reaming ingredients and stir and toss with broccoli and pasta.
