1rinse, drain and sort beans. place in stainless steel pot fill w/ water, bring to boil, cook 3-4 min. Turn heat off to soak water into beans for 1 hr.
2Chop onion, then set aside to add later. Thaw sausage. fry when thawed. set aside for later.
3Cook beans on slow boil for 1 hr. Or so Adding water throughout process. fry sausage then add onion. Combine w/cooked beans, add garlic segments, stirring add sauces and cayenne. (Chili powder and bell peppers, optional)
4If a more thicken Barbeque Beans are desired just place into your crock pot on low heat until desired consistency.
