(16 oz.) package coleslaw cabbage mix
1/4 c
thinly sliced onion
1/4 c
splenda sugar substitute
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
celery seed
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp
white vinegar
1/2 tsp
fresh lemon juice

How to Make Low Carb Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, combine coleslaw and onions.
  • 2In a seperate bowl, whisk Splenda, salt, pepper, celery seed, mayonnaise, whipping cream, vinegar and lemon juice together.
  • 3Pour mix over coleslaw and onions. Stir to mix. Refrigerate at least one hour.
