Ingredients

  • 1 - (16 oz.) package coleslaw cabbage mix
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

How To Make low carb coleslaw

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine coleslaw and onions.
  • Step 2
    In a seperate bowl, whisk Splenda, salt, pepper, celery seed, mayonnaise, whipping cream, vinegar and lemon juice together.
  • Step 3
    Pour mix over coleslaw and onions. Stir to mix. Refrigerate at least one hour.
