1(16 oz.) package coleslaw cabbage mix

1/4 cthinly sliced onion

1/4 csplenda sugar substitute

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1/2 tspcelery seed

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/2 cheavy whipping cream

1 Tbspwhite vinegar

1/2 tspfresh lemon juice
How to Make Low Carb Coleslaw
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw and onions.
- In a seperate bowl, whisk Splenda, salt, pepper, celery seed, mayonnaise, whipping cream, vinegar and lemon juice together.
- Pour mix over coleslaw and onions. Stir to mix. Refrigerate at least one hour.
