    (16 oz.) package coleslaw cabbage mix
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 c
    splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh lemon juice

How to Make Low Carb Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw and onions.
  2. In a seperate bowl, whisk Splenda, salt, pepper, celery seed, mayonnaise, whipping cream, vinegar and lemon juice together.
  3. Pour mix over coleslaw and onions. Stir to mix. Refrigerate at least one hour.
