How to Make Lime-Cilantro Cole Slaw
1I used my Oscar food chopper to chop the cabbage and cilantro together. You can chop the cilantro with the stems and all.
2Then just add all the other ingredients and refrigerate.
3I prefer Canola Oil (good one, no solvents) so that the taste of olive oil doesn't take over from the taste of the cilantro and lime and orange juice.
Depends on your preference.
