Ingredients For drunken mushrooms

    whole mushrooms
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 2 c
    burgundy wine
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill
  • 2
    cubes chicken bouillon
  • 2
    cubes of beef bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    boiling water

How To Make drunken mushrooms

  • 1
    Melt butter and add all of the ingredients, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Uncover and simmer 2 hours longer. Makes 4 servings.
