Ingredients
- 8 ounces lump crab meat
- 1/2 large finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 medium finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
How To Make crab pie

Step 1Pre-heat to 350.

Step 2Combine crab meat, onion, celery, green pepper, mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and all but 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs in bowl and mix lightly.

Step 3Put crab mixture into unbaked pie crust. make sure your crab mixture is evenly spread.

Step 4Layer the cheddar cheese on top of crab mixture then add the rest of the bread crumbs on top of the cheese.

Step 5Bake for 25 minutes and also making sure the pie is fluffy and the top golden brown.

Step 6Let cool for 5 minute then DIG IN!!!
