Ingredients

romaine lettuce leaves
1 bunch
green onions
1 small
jar sesame seeds
2 pkg
ramen noodles, crushed,
1/2 c
walnuts
4 Tbsp
melted butter
1 small
mandarin oranges, drained,
1 box
frozen sliced strawberries, drained.

How to Make Napa Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown noodles, sesame seeds and walnuts in 4 Tbls. butter; then cool.
  • 2Toss lettuce and sliced onions together.
  • 3Add noodle mixture and fruits to lettuce and onion mixture just before serving.
  • 4Add a small amount of your choice of low-calorie dressing or vinaigrette just before serving.
  • 5Dressing: Mix well and add to greens then serve.
