Ingredients

  • 2 bunches romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 small jar sesame seeds
  • 2 packages ramen noodles, crushed,
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 small mandarin oranges, drained,
  • 1 box frozen sliced strawberries, drained.

How To Make napa salad

  • Step 1
    Brown noodles, sesame seeds and walnuts in 4 Tbls. butter; then cool.
  • Step 2
    Toss lettuce and sliced onions together.
  • Step 3
    Add noodle mixture and fruits to lettuce and onion mixture just before serving.
  • Step 4
    Add a small amount of your choice of low-calorie dressing or vinaigrette just before serving.
  • Step 5
    Dressing: Mix well and add to greens then serve.
