Ingredients
- 2 bunches romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 small jar sesame seeds
- 2 packages ramen noodles, crushed,
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 small mandarin oranges, drained,
- 1 box frozen sliced strawberries, drained.
How To Make napa salad

Step 1Brown noodles, sesame seeds and walnuts in 4 Tbls. butter; then cool.

Step 2Toss lettuce and sliced onions together.

Step 3Add noodle mixture and fruits to lettuce and onion mixture just before serving.

Step 4Add a small amount of your choice of low-calorie dressing or vinaigrette just before serving.

Step 5Dressing: Mix well and add to greens then serve.
