  • 2 bunch
    romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 1 small
    jar sesame seeds
  • 2 pkg
    ramen noodles, crushed,
  • 1/2 c
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 small
    mandarin oranges, drained,
  • 1 box
    frozen sliced strawberries, drained.

How to Make Napa Salad


  1. Brown noodles, sesame seeds and walnuts in 4 Tbls. butter; then cool.
  2. Toss lettuce and sliced onions together.
  3. Add noodle mixture and fruits to lettuce and onion mixture just before serving.
  4. Add a small amount of your choice of low-calorie dressing or vinaigrette just before serving.
  5. Dressing: Mix well and add to greens then serve.
