Freezes well, I usually double the recipe at Thanksgiving so I have it for Christmas.

Make at least one day ahead so flavors mix.

    fresh cranberries

  • 1 large
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    burgundy wine (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c

How to Make Fresh Cranberry Relish


  1. Process all fruit in food processor untik it looks about the consistancy of applesauce. I sometimes need to add some orange juice

    IMPORTANT: include peels of orange and lemon
  2. Add remaining ungredients. Chill in refrigerator, freeze if you like.
