On my holiday table every year! Freezes well, I usually double the recipe at Thanksgiving so I have it for Christmas. Make at least one day ahead so flavors mix.

- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1 large orange
- 1 large lemon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 2 tablespoons burgundy wine (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar

Step 1Process all fruit in food processor untik it looks about the consistancy of applesauce. I sometimes need to add some orange juice IMPORTANT: include peels of orange and lemon

Step 2Add remaining ungredients. Chill in refrigerator, freeze if you like.
