cranberry n cuties
Mom wanted a box of oranges, but they weren't sweet enough for her so she just left them sitting on the table. I had a bag of cranberries I wanted to try my hand at making and decided 'Why waste the oranges?' I also enjoy experimenting with seasonings, so thought I would see how cardamom tasted in this sauce - the family raved about it

Ingredients
- 1 cup cup water
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 package cranberries, fresh
- 5 - cuties small oranges
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
How To Make cranberry n cuties

Step 1Pour water and sugar into medium pot. Bring to boil

Step 2Pour rinsed cranberries into boiling water, they should start 'popping' Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3Add in chopped cuties sections, stir and continue slow simmer for a few more minutes

Step 4Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of cardamom and serve warm or cooled off, excellent both ways
