Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 3 - fresh cooked corn on the cob cut off the cob and creamed in chopper or food processor
- - or add a can of cream style corn
- 4 - eggs,beaten
- 2 cups zuccini chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Brown sausage and drain off fat. Pour in the bottom of casserole dish and sit aside

Step 2Mix all ingredients together and pour over sausage put in a preheated 350 oven for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean
