Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked,and crumbled
- 2 16oz cans cream-style corn
- 2 - large eggs
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1 4oz cans green chilies,chopped finely.
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make tucson corn bake..

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350... In a skillet cook bacon till chrisp. Crumble bacon and set a side. Reserve 3 tablespoons of drippings.

Step 2Mix all ingrediente except chilies cheese and bacon. Place 1/2 of the mix in a 8 inch sguare baking dish. mix chilies,cheese,and bacon together and spread over corn mixture... Cover with remanining corn mix. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes....Serve warm...
