i create a eighth recipe of tiger sauce creation:what if alfredo,mushrooms and penne pasta are combined with tiger sauce,it has 3 kind of mushrooms:cremini,white and portabella,it very good with roast whole chicken and buttered corn.

1 pkg(12 ounces) uncooked penne pasta

1 Tbspolive oil

2 csliced cremini muhroooms

2 csliced portobello mushrooms

2 csliced white mushrooms

2 tspsea salt/black pepper

2 ctiger sauce,divided

1 Tbspmargarine
-
1 jarroasted garlic alfredo sauce

1 pkg(4 ounces) cream cheese,softened

2 cshredded monterey jack cheese
How To Make tiger mushroom alfredo casserole?

1Cook penne pasta according to package directions.Drain.

2Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Grease a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

3Heat olive oil in a large,deep skillet over medium heat.Add sliced cremini,portobello and white mushrooms,season with sea salt/black pepper and saute for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.

4Remove from heat.Stir in 1 cup tiger sauce.

5Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over low heat.Combine alfredo sauce,cream cheese and remaining tiger sauce.Stir and simmer for 8 minutes until thickened.Remove from heat.

6Add cooked penne pasta and sauteed mushrooms;stir together until combined.

7Transfer to the prepared baking dish.Sprinkle with monterey jack cheese.Bake in 375 degrees,for 30 minutes.
