Blue Ribbon Recipe

This Polish noodle casserole is a very old-fashioned recipe. We did some research, and it turns out these cottage cheese noodles were made back in the day when meat wasn't always available. Cottage cheese provided protein, and the noodles filled you up. They're creamy, savory, and a touch tangy. Onions add nice flavor to the casserole. A quick and easy dish, this can be prepared in minutes.
