This is a great casserole to serve with ham or pork chops.

Ingredients

2 cans pineapple chunks (drain one can)
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons flour
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup butter
1 - tube, ritz crackers

How To Make pineapple surprise casserole

Step 1

Mix pineapple, sugar, cheese and flour together. Pour into 9 x 13 greased baking dish. Melt butter and crush crackers. (Crushing crackers in a Ziplock bag is easy and not as messy.) Sprinkle crakers on pineapple mixture. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
