This is a great casserole to serve with ham or pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    pineapple chunks (drain one can)
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1
    tube, ritz crackers

How to Make Pineapple Surprise Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix pineapple, sugar, cheese and flour together. Pour into 9 x 13 greased baking dish. Melt butter and crush crackers. (Crushing crackers in a Ziplock bag is easy and not as messy.) Sprinkle crakers on pineapple mixture. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
