These beans are super easy to make and delicious. The added pineapple gives it a nice sweet and sour taste, making it hard to resist a second plate. I can't wait to serve these at my next BBQ. The Test Kitchen
2 can(s)16 oz pork n beans
1 can(s)20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
2 Tbspreal bacon bits
1 Tbspdried onions
2 Tbspbrown sugar
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 tspmustard, yellow
How to Make Pineapple Baked Beans
- Drain pineapple and reconstitute the onions in the pineapple juice.
- Mix together the beans (do not drain) and sauce with pineapple, bacon bits, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Drain the juice off the onions and add them to the beans, mix well.
- Bake in 325 oven for 90 minutes.
