This is one of my Mother's Recipes that I love.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 - small squash/ or 2 cans
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup pimento cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

How To Make pimento cheese squash casserole

  • Step 1
    1. Cook squash with onion 2. Add butter and drain excess water 3. Mix sugar, egg, mayo, cheese and salt. 4. Add to squash 5. Pour into casserole dish 6. Top with bread crumbs 7. Bake 350 for 35-40 min.
