Ingredients For pimento cheese squash casserole

  • 5-6
    small squash/ or 2 cans
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    pimento cheese
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    seasoned bread crumbs

How To Make pimento cheese squash casserole

  • 1
    1. Cook squash with onion 2. Add butter and drain excess water 3. Mix sugar, egg, mayo, cheese and salt. 4. Add to squash 5. Pour into casserole dish 6. Top with bread crumbs 7. Bake 350 for 35-40 min.
