My mother-in-law made this for my niece because she wouldn't eat carrots. It's the only way she would eat them. Very simple but tasty recipe.

How to Make Lucille's carrots

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel and slice as many carrots as desired. Put in saucepan. Add enough water to just cover the carrots. Add the beef bouillon cubes to this.
  2. Cover with lid and stir occasionally until bouillon cubes have dissolved. Simmer till carrots are tender and serve.
