My mother-in-law made this for my niece because she wouldn't eat carrots. It's the only way she would eat them. Very simple but tasty recipe.

Ingredients

  • - carrots
  • 2 - beef bouillon cubes
  • - water

How To Make lucille's carrots

  • Step 1
    Peel and slice as many carrots as desired. Put in saucepan. Add enough water to just cover the carrots. Add the beef bouillon cubes to this.
  • Step 2
    Cover with lid and stir occasionally until bouillon cubes have dissolved. Simmer till carrots are tender and serve.
