This Is a special birthday side dish that I created for my husbands birthday earlier this month. My daughter made the main entrée on the grill, one of his favorites Barbequed Baby Back Ribs. Since this was for HIS birthday this recipe had to include lots of meat, & also have lots of flavor, to compliment the ribs. I then made one of his favorite potato Salad recipes my daughter's versions Briana's Potato Salad. He loved the entire meal including the Homemade German Chocolate Frosting that I taught my daughter how to make mainly in the microwave. He love the entire Birthday Dinner.
