It's a homemade version of Hamburger Helper! I kept burning the boxed stuff so I thought I would try to make it with ingredients I have on hand. It's a family favorite now.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- - salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons beef bouillon powder
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
How To Make homemade hamburger helper

Step 1Start by heating up a pan and brown your hamburger with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 2When hamburger is browned, add pasta, milk, water, and beef bouillon powder.

Step 3Put a lid on the pan. Bring up to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until pasta is cooked (stirring occasionally).

Step 4Once the pasta is cooked, turn off the burner and add cheese. Mix until cheese is melted and incorporated. Then serve hot.
