This is a staple on the table for anyone's birthday or any holiday! Hope you will try this and love it as much as we do. It can be made the night before and baked the next morning.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces shredded mild cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter, unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package =to 1 sleeve of ritz crackers
  • 30 ounces frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 can small- cream of chicken soup

How To Make hashbrown casserole

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except fot the crackers and butter.
  • Step 2
    Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Step 3
    Pour all ingredients into the dish. Crush your crackers and crumble on top. Slice butter into very thin slices covering the top.
  • Step 4
    Bake in a preheated oven of 359 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes!!!
