Ingredients
- 8 ounces medium egg noodles
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup margerine, melted
How To Make creamy noodle pudding

Step 1Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Combine softened cream cheese and melted margerine. Add eggs, sour cream, sugar,salt and lemon juice. Stir in noodles and raisins.

Step 3Pour into lightly greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 375' for 40 minutes or until set. Enjoy !!
