This is a family favorite that's requested EVERY Thanksgiving. It's super easy and a great side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sour cream (8 oz)
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole corn (do not drain)

How To Make corn soufflé

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Mix everything together.
  • Step 3
    Grease glass baking dish.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 45-60 minutes or until edges are pulling away and browning.
