Found this at a church supper and had to get the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 15 ounces cream corn [frozen or can]
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Place in an 8 x 8casserold dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 to 60 minutes.
