Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese
- 2 cans white shoepeg corn
- 1 can green chiles diced
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 package shredded colby & monteray jack cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In med saucepan over med/hi heat bring the evaporated milk, cream cheese and green chiles together and blend well. Add corn and stir until most of cream cheese is softened.

Step 2Pour into glass casserole dish and cover with shredded cheese.

Step 3Cook about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and a little bubbly. Serve with BBQ and summer salad!
