Ingredients For corn casserole

1 pkgcream cheese
-
2 canwhite shoepeg corn
-
1 cangreen chiles diced
-
1 canevaporated milk
-
1 pkgshredded colby & monteray jack cheese

1 pinchsalt

1 pinchpepper
How To Make corn casserole

1Preheat oven to 350. In med saucepan over med/hi heat bring the evaporated milk, cream cheese and green chiles together and blend well. Add corn and stir until most of cream cheese is softened.

2Pour into glass casserole dish and cover with shredded cheese.

3Cook about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and a little bubbly. Serve with BBQ and summer salad!
