1 pkgcream cheese
2 can(s)white shoepeg corn
1 can(s)green chiles diced
1 can(s)evaporated milk
1 pkgshredded colby & monteray jack cheese
How to Make Corn Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350.
In med saucepan over med/hi heat bring the evaporated milk, cream cheese and green chiles together and blend well. Add corn and stir until most of cream cheese is softened.
- Pour into glass casserole dish and cover with shredded cheese.
- Cook about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and a little bubbly.
Serve with BBQ and summer salad!
