Ingredients
- 4 cups carrot, sliced
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 cups cheddar cheese,cubed or shredded
- 2 cups ritz cracker, crushed
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise dressing
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
How To Make carrot casserole

Step 1Cook carrots in small amount of water until they are tender. Drain and place carrots in greased casserole. Add chopped onions, and dot with margarine. Stir in cheese and mayonnaise. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
