Great with soy hot dogs, veggie burgers - family loves it, even if they aren't vegetarians! If you are a family of meat-eaters and they are hesitant to eat Boca... add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the soymeat/onion as they heat together. Your meat-eaters will never know the difference! (This is a recipe from Pampered Chef that I modified for my vegetarian in-laws.)

1 Tbsp
oil (olive, sunflower, or canola)
1 medium
onions, yellow, medium
1 lb
boca soy burger crumbles

2 (15oz) can(s)
vegetarian baked beans
1 (28oz) can(s)
cut green beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15oz) can(s)
great northern beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15oz) can(s)

1 (15oz) can(s)
black beans, drained & rinsed
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn, drained

1 (28oz) bottle
sweet baby ray's honey dijon bbq sauce

1Preheat oven to 350.
2In stovetop wok or large skillet, saute' onion in oil until almost clear. Add soy burger crumbles and reduce heat to medium. Stir occasionally, for about ten minutes.
3Meanwhile, drain & rinse all of the beans and corn, except the baked beans. Go ahead and mix beans and corn together, except for the baked beans.
4Remove the wok/skillet from heat, gently stir in both cans of baked beans. Add the bean and corn mixture. Pour entire bottle of BBQ sauce, gently stirring.
5Once well combined, pour into oven safe casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve hot at once or warm later!
