Broccoli/Rice Casserole
Ingredients

2 boxfrozen chopped broccoli

1 box(small) minute rice

1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup

1 can(s)cream of chicken soup

3/4 pkglg. velveeta cheese, cubed

1 smallonion, chopped

3 stickcelery, chopped
-
3/4 stickbutter or margarine

·pepper to taste
How to Make Broccoli/Rice Casserole
- Saute' onion and celery in butter or margarine, til tender. Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cubed cheese and soups. Top with hot ingredients as they become ready. This will help melt down the cheese. Add pepper and stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and add casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy !!
