Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 box (small) minute rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 package lg. velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 sticks celery, chopped
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine
- - pepper to taste
How To Make broccoli/rice casserole

Step 1Saute' onion and celery in butter or margarine, til tender. Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, add cubed cheese and soups. Top with hot ingredients as they become ready. This will help melt down the cheese. Add pepper and stir until thoroughly mixed.

Step 3Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and add casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy !!
