Great way to get kids to eat broccoli. Fantastic dish!!

Ingredients

2 box
frozen chopped broccoli
1 box
(small) minute rice
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
3/4 pkg
lg. velveeta cheese, cubed
1 small
onion, chopped
3 stick
celery, chopped
3/4 stick
butter or margarine
pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Saute' onion and celery in butter or margarine, til tender. Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.
2In a large mixing bowl, add cubed cheese and soups. Top with hot ingredients as they become ready. This will help melt down the cheese. Add pepper and stir until thoroughly mixed.
3Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and add casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy !!
