Ingredients

4 largesweet potatoes, baked, peeled and mashed

1 3/4 cgranulated sugar

4 largeeggs

1 1/4 stickbutter, melter

2 tspvanilla extract

TOPPING
-
1/3 cflour
-
1 clight brown sugar
-
1 stickbutter, melted
-
2 cchopped pecans, toasted
-
1/4 tspground cinnamon (for garnish)
How to Make Becky's Sweet Potato Casserole
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13X9 inch baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs and butter. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
- In a medium size bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, butter and pecans. Mix well. Mixture will be slightly moist and crumbly.
- Crumble topping mixture evenly over sweet potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon, if desired.
- Bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
