This easy asparagus casserole is creamy, chessy and delicious. All you have to do is toss the ingredients into a slow cooker and let the slow cooker do all the work. This is great as a vegetarian main course or as a vegetable side with meat or chicken.

- 2 packages asparagus, frozen spears, thawed
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups crushed saltine crackers
- 1 cup cubed velveeta cheese
- 1 - large egg, slightly beaten
How To Make asparagus casserole

Step 1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well. Pour into a lightly greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. After cooking , dish may be held on Low setting for up to 2 hours before serving.
