- 1 package white sauce mix, prepared, or your own recipe
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups sliced, fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/4 pounds fresh green beans
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1` tablespoon butter, melted
How To Make another delicious green bean casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Spray medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender.

Step 3Add mushrooms to skillet and cook about 5 minutes more or until tender.

Step 4Add green beans to skillet and saute for 2-3 minutes more.

Step 5Combine mushroom mixture, green beans and white sauce in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Step 6Sprinkle stuffing over casserole and drizzle with melted butter, bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.
