Ingredients

  • 1 package white sauce mix, prepared, or your own recipe
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced, fresh mushrooms
  • 1 1/4 pounds fresh green beans
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1` tablespoon butter, melted

How To Make another delicious green bean casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Spray medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender.
  • Step 3
    Add mushrooms to skillet and cook about 5 minutes more or until tender.
  • Step 4
    Add green beans to skillet and saute for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Step 5
    Combine mushroom mixture, green beans and white sauce in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle stuffing over casserole and drizzle with melted butter, bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.
