Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 - chicken bouillon cube
- 2-3 dashes garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2-3 dashes seasoning salt
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 1 can broccoli cheddar soup
How To Make yumlicious rice

Step 1put oil and veggies in the bottom of your pan and add seasoning and bouillon over top. stir it around a bit until you can smell the onions cooking.

Step 2add your rice and stir it around until the rice starts to brown just a little bit.

Step 3pour about 3 cups of water in, stir, reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and let the rice cook completely.

Step 4when the rice is cooked stir in the broccoli and cheddar soup. let it simmer for about two minutes. serve it hot!!!
