  • 2 Tbsp
    corn oil
  • 1/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onions
  • 1/4 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1
    chicken bouillon cube
  • 2-3 dash(es)
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2-3 dash(es)
    seasoning salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    uncooked rice
  • 1 can(s)
    broccoli cheddar soup

How to Make Yumlicious rice


  1. put oil and veggies in the bottom of your pan and add seasoning and bouillon over top. stir it around a bit until you can smell the onions cooking.
  2. add your rice and stir it around until the rice starts to brown just a little bit.
  3. pour about 3 cups of water in, stir, reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and let the rice cook completely.
  4. when the rice is cooked stir in the broccoli and cheddar soup. let it simmer for about two minutes. serve it hot!!!
