Ingredients
- 3-4 cups hot cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 - orange, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds (or walnuts or pecans, as you prefer)
- 1 or 2 - green onions, sliced skinny
- FOR EXTRA FLAVOR, ADD:
- - toasted sesame seeds, or
- - sliced black olives

Step 1Prepare rice. Grate and peel orange, cut into pieces.

Step 2Stir orange peel and orange pieces into hot rice; stir in nuts and green onions. Add black olives or seeds for different flavor.
