Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    butter or margerine
  • 3/4 c
    onion,chopped
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1 c
    raw rice
  • 1 pkg
    chicken noodle soup mix (2 oz.)
  • 2 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt

How to Make Resplendent Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat butter or margerine in a large skillet.
    Saute' onions, celery and rice until rice is golden brown.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
    Enjoy !
