How to Make Quick Chicken Rice Pilaf

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large pan heat oil and add orzo pasta; cook until golden brown.
  2. Stir in the rice and coat with oil. Pour in broth bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer; cook for 25 or until rice is cooked.
