Ingredients

2 ccooked room temperature organic basmatti rice
-
2green onions thinly sliced
-
2organic free range omega eggs
-
2 Tbspcoconut oil
-
1/4 can(s)kikoman soy sauce
-
1 tspsesame seeds
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
·a few shakes of pepper
-
·a drizzel of sesame oil
How to Make My Better Than Take-Out Fried Rice
- Cook rice according to rice cooker directions. allow to cool completely.
Heat oil in wok, crack eggs into a cup then pour into the wok. sprinkle in some garlic powder, salt and sesame seeds. fry until cooked.
Add in the rice stir-fry 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and onions. stir-fry another 5 minutes.
Add a drizzle of sesame oil and fry 2 more minutes.
serve when rice is hot throughout
