Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked room temperature organic basmatti rice
- 2 - green onions thinly sliced
- 2 - organic free range omega eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 can kikoman soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - a few shakes of pepper
- - a drizzel of sesame oil
How To Make my better than take-out fried rice

Step 1Cook rice according to rice cooker directions. allow to cool completely. Heat oil in wok, crack eggs into a cup then pour into the wok. sprinkle in some garlic powder, salt and sesame seeds. fry until cooked. Add in the rice stir-fry 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and onions. stir-fry another 5 minutes. Add a drizzle of sesame oil and fry 2 more minutes. serve when rice is hot throughout
