We raised 11 kids and this was a favorite "go to" recipe when they were growing up. It can be made with whatever you have in the pantry to flavor it up..or whatever is leftover that you want to use up. The kids ate it every time!

Ingredients
- 1 cup celery,chopped
- 1 cup chicken or 1-2 can tuna, or leftover meat
- 1 can cream of chicken soup. or celery or mushroom
- 1 box rice a roni or your fav store brand
- 1/2 cup miracle whip salad dressing
- 1/2-1 - chopped onion

Step 1These measurements are for an 8x8 dish. For a larger family or more servings, double the recipe. This is a VERY forgiving recipe. Line pan with nonstick foil or spray with cooking spray.

Step 2Prepare rice to directions on package,undercook by 3-5 minutes. In a large bowl or in the baking dish add the other ingredients and stir carefully.

Step 3Crush potato chips of any variety your family likes and top the casserole. Bake at 375 for 25 min. and then turn oven down to 325 for an additional 15 min.
