kimmi chee fried rice
This is just another way I make fried rice. A friend made it for me once & I was hooked on it. If you like more heat you can add in some hot sauce. Great if you have some left overs from the night before.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup kalbi, diced (or any other meat)
- 1/2 cup kim chee, chopped
- 1/2 cup watercress pieces (1/2 inch)
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts, fresh
- 3 - eggs, whisked & lightly fried
- 2 tablespoons shoyu sauce, dark
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
How To Make kimmi chee fried rice

Step 1Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan.

Step 2Put in the rice & toss around until hot & golden brown.

Step 3Add in the garlic & toss together.

Step 4Add in the kalbi, kim chee, watercress,bean sprouts & the lightly fried eggs. Mix lightly all together.

Step 5Stir fry for about 2 mins more. Then add in the shoyu sauce & sesame oil. Mix to coat well.

Step 6Finish with the green onions & enjoy.
