How to Make Italian Risotto (Rice)
- 1. Saute chicken with small onion, salt and pepper. Add one can Hunt's tomato sauce and 1 small can chicken broth.
- 2. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Pour into sauce, 2 cups raw rice. In another pan keep rest of broth warm as rice cooks., keep adding more broth to sauce as rice absorbs it.
- 3. Keep covered and stir occasionally, altogether 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with Romano cheese.
