Ingredients
- 1/2 pound orzo pasta, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup oil infused with garlic
- dash - salt and pepper
- 6 ounces kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
How To Make greek orzo

Step 1Boil orzo as directed on the package (1/2 a pound of orzo was used for this recipe).

Step 2Whisk the lemon juice and garlic-infused olive oil together. Season with salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 3Add olives, oregano, and chives to bowl.

Step 4When pasta has been cooked and rinsed, add it to the bowl. Stir to blend.

Step 5Fold in the feta cheese.

Step 6Garnish with parsley. *This side dish should be served warm.
