4 Tbspunsalted sweet cream butter
1 Tbspminced onion
2 cjasmine rice
3 Tbspdried parsley flakes
4garlic bouillon cubes , or 1 teaspoon garlic powder + 1 teaspoon sea salt3
How to Make Garlicy Jasmine Rice
- Heat a dutch oven over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the butter, rice onions and parsley.
Place the garlic bouillon cubes in the water and stir to dissolve.
- Stir fry the rice until about half the kernels take on a white appearance.
- Add the water to the rice, stir it well once, bring to a simmer, cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes undisturbed.
- Once the rice is done, stir it well, check for salt. Add more if needed.
