Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted sweet cream butter
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 4 - garlic bouillon cubes , or 1 teaspoon garlic powder + 1 teaspoon sea salt3
- 3 cups water
How To Make garlicy jasmine rice

Step 1Heat a dutch oven over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the butter, rice onions and parsley. Place the garlic bouillon cubes in the water and stir to dissolve.

Step 2Stir fry the rice until about half the kernels take on a white appearance.

Step 3Add the water to the rice, stir it well once, bring to a simmer, cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes undisturbed.

Step 4Once the rice is done, stir it well, check for salt. Add more if needed.
