Every one loves this rice. It is really very versatile, you serve it with just about anything.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted sweet cream butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 4 - garlic bouillon cubes , or 1 teaspoon garlic powder + 1 teaspoon sea salt3
  • 3 cups water

How To Make garlicy jasmine rice

  • Step 1
    Heat a dutch oven over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the butter, rice onions and parsley. Place the garlic bouillon cubes in the water and stir to dissolve.
  • Step 2
    Stir fry the rice until about half the kernels take on a white appearance.
  • Step 3
    Add the water to the rice, stir it well once, bring to a simmer, cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes undisturbed.
  • Step 4
    Once the rice is done, stir it well, check for salt. Add more if needed.
