Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
How To Make fried rice

Step 1In large frying pan or wok on medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Add the carrots & peas, onion and garlic and stir fry until onion is crisp tender.

Step 2Lower the heat to medium and push veggie's to one side and pour eggs and scramble. Add the rice and soy sauce and stir fry until heated through. 5 points per serving (1/2 cup)
