This has such a great flavor to it! Quick and easy too! I made it the way the recipe called for, but you could put your favorite's in it!

Ingredients

3 c
cooked white rice
3 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 c
frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
1 small
onion, chopped
2 tsp
minced garlic
2
eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c
soy sauce

How to Make Fried Rice

Step-by-Step

  • 1In large frying pan or wok on medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Add the carrots & peas, onion and garlic and stir fry until onion is crisp tender.
  • 2Lower the heat to medium and push veggie's to one side and pour eggs and scramble. Add the rice and soy sauce and stir fry until heated through.

    5 points per serving (1/2 cup)
