This is a very easy and tasty spanish rice! Sevre with any mexi food you like; tacos, burrito's, taco meatloaves, etc. Hope you enjoy! Photo is mine.

- 1 - (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 1/4 cups rice, long grain
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoons cumin
- - salt to taste
